After payment, I’ll email you to arrange your call and meeting details. Your preferred times don’t reserve a slot.
Use monthly sessions during the paid billing period; unused sessions don’t roll over. If I’m unavailable, email me before the period ends to arrange a make-up session or credit.
Need to reschedule? Email info@digitalmotiontherapy.com before your appointment. I review missed sessions, refunds, and unusual circumstances personally. There’s no automatic no-show fee or forfeiture.
Messages and cancellations
Telegram is asynchronous. I aim to reply within 24 hours, with a 48-hour outer window except during disclosed absences.
Mentorship covers brief clarifications; the consulting retainer covers focused educational discussion. Neither includes emergency coverage or unrestricted custom work.
Cancel future renewals through the billing portal on your private purchase page. Paid support ends on your paid-through date, even if our Telegram chat remains open. Email is also available.
I provide professional education, not direct patient treatment management or formal clinical supervision. You remain responsible for patient care. Please don’t send patient names, dates of birth, records, photos, or other identifying health information through this site, email, or Telegram.

Is patient hand therapy available?
Patient intake and waitlist requests are currently closed. Professional mentorship and consulting are separate services and do not open patient appointments.
Can I submit a patient case?
Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, records, photographs, or other patient-identifying information. Keep questions educational and de-identified. You remain responsible for your clinical decisions and applicable workplace requirements.
Which services include calls?
Individual Consultation includes one 60-minute call. Hand Therapy Mentorship includes two 45-minute sessions per paid billing period. Hand Therapy Consulting Retainer includes two 60-minute sessions and one optional check-in of up to 30 minutes per paid period. Practice Startup Consultation includes one 60-minute call; Build My Practice Plan includes two. Clinical Messaging does not include calls.
When can I expect a messaging response?
